Questions our customers ask
How long does a typical signage project take?
Most signs are designed, manufactured and installed within 7–15 working days. Larger or fully-custom projects can take 3–4 weeks. We share a detailed timeline with you before starting.
Do you offer free design mock-ups?
Yes — within our base city we provide free on-site survey + complimentary design mock-ups. PAN-India site visits may carry a small travel cost.
What materials do you use?
We use premium materials: Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP), 3 mm / 5 mm acrylic, stainless steel, Samsung / Epistar LED modules, IP65 weather-proof power supplies and UV-resistant cast vinyl.
Do you deliver and install across India?
Yes. We deliver and install across 25+ cities. Our network of trained installation partners handles on-site setup with full project supervision.
What is your payment policy?
Standard terms are 50% advance and 50% on delivery. We accept UPI, NEFT/RTGS bank transfer and major credit cards.
Do you offer warranty on signage?
LED components come with a 1–2 year manufacturer warranty. Structural and weather-related defects are covered for 12 months. Lifetime maintenance support is always available.
Can you handle multi-city / bulk orders?
Absolutely — we handle multi-city retail roll-outs for chains and franchises with consistent quality, single-PO billing and a dedicated account manager.
