These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of urbansignfactory.com (the "Website") and any signage manufacturing, installation and after-sales services you commission from Urban Sign Factory ("we", "us"). By using our Website or placing an order you accept these Terms.
1. About us
Urban Sign Factory is a signage manufacturer based at 1st floor, Suraj Complex, Sehyogipress, Exhibition Road, Patna, Bihar - 800001, India.
2. Use of the Website
You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not (a) attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, (b) introduce viruses or malicious code, (c) reproduce, copy or commercially exploit Website content without written permission.
3. Quotations & orders
Quotations issued by us are valid for 15 days unless otherwise stated. Orders are confirmed only on receipt of (i) signed quotation or written purchase order, and (ii) the agreed advance payment (typically 50%). Once production begins, advance amounts are non-refundable except as set out in our Refund Policy.
4. Pricing & payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of GST unless explicitly stated. Payment terms are typically 50% advance and 50% on delivery / before installation. We accept UPI, NEFT/RTGS, and major credit cards. Late payments may attract 2% monthly interest.
5. Manufacturing tolerances
Hand-crafted signage may vary by ±2% in dimensions, ±1 shade in colour and ±1 mm in component thickness from the approved mock-up. These industry-standard tolerances do not constitute defects.
6. Delivery & installation
Delivery timelines start from the date of advance receipt and final mock-up approval. We will keep you updated on progress. Delays caused by force majeure events (strikes, natural disasters, transport disruptions) do not entitle you to cancel without payment for work-in-progress.
7. Warranty
LED modules and electronics carry a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects in normal use. Structural components carry a 12-month warranty. Warranty does not cover damage from accidents, vandalism, voltage fluctuations beyond ±10% of nominal, unauthorised modification, or environmental disasters.
8. Intellectual property
Designs we create remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, after which usage rights for the specific signage transfer to you. Brand logos provided by you remain your property. The Website content (text, images, code) is owned by Urban Sign Factory unless attributed otherwise.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages including loss of profit or business interruption.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Patna, Bihar.
