Urban Sign Factory delivers and installs signage across India from our Patna manufacturing facility. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains our timelines, charges and processes.
1. Service area
We deliver and install signage across all major Indian cities, with installation teams in 25+ cities including Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad, Patna, Lucknow, Jaipur, Bhopal, Indore, Chandigarh and many more.

3. Shipping charges
For Patna and surrounding districts (within 100 km), delivery and standard installation are included in the quoted price. For other cities, we add transport and installation charges to the quotation upfront — these vary by distance, signage size and access requirements (cranes, scaffolding, permits).
4. Site survey
For all signage above 50 sq.ft or installations requiring height access, we strongly recommend a paid site survey before final quotation. This avoids surprises and ensures the right structural design.
5. Permits & approvals
Local municipal permits, building society approvals and electrical clearances are the responsibility of the client unless explicitly included in the quotation. We help with documentation but cannot guarantee permit timelines.
6. Risk in transit
Once signage leaves our Patna facility, it is fully insured against transit damage until it reaches your site. Any damage observed at the time of delivery must be reported within 24 hours with photographs to qualify for replacement.
7. Installation visit
Our installation team will coordinate a 2-4 hour window for visit. The site must have (a) clear access, (b) electrical points within 5 m of the sign location, (c) any required scaffolding/cranes pre-arranged unless explicitly part of our scope.
8. Re-attempted installation
If the site is not ready on the agreed date and the team has to return, additional visit charges apply (typically ₹3,000 - ₹15,000 depending on city).
9. Tracking
You will receive WhatsApp / SMS updates at each major milestone — design approval, materials procured, manufacturing complete, dispatched, installation scheduled, installation complete.
